Journeymans rate in philly I beleive is 20.00+ an hour, plus bonuses. I work in Cleveland and I'm helping out the Philly division. I made 34k this year just working 30 to 40 hours a week. And our rate in Cleveland is actually lower. The division is severely understaffed and in need of apprentices. So i'm sure there will be a lot of overtime available too. It can be hard work sometimes but if you do what ya love you'll never work a day in your life. If anyones serious about the job let me know and I'll send ya some contact info.
