Looking for a first pair of shoes and not finding much. Do any brands make climbing shoes in wide sizes? My feet are really annoying when it comes to anything that has to fit snugly.

Learn what board lasted shoes look like; they generally don't have to be sized so snugly.

I may be wrong, but I've always thought that 5.10 were wider than Sportiva's. If that helps.

I have pretty wide feet, I wear a 13 4E and even that isn't really wide enough depending on the specific shoe. I wear and enjoy a pair of La Spotiva Mythos. They're unlined, and if you read reviews of them online you'll see lots of people talking about how much they stretch. They're right. Make sure you leave a lot of the width of the tongue exposed, in other words, the eyelets should be far apart. They'll stretch until they fit. There might be other shoes that would also work, but the Mythos worked for me.

I currently put my wide feet in a pair of Red Chili Spirits. The last time I shopped for shoes I tried on at least a dozen pairs of shoes.

Evolv makes the Optimus and the Optimus Prime. Both are designed specifically for wide feet.
