I was going to say that the colour balance was a bit cold, but I downloaded it and opened it in Photoshop and the colours are pretty on. Web display is always off (pain in the ass, it is).

Composition is pretty good. i feel like it needs a touch more on the bottom to balance the dark upper portion, but aside from that it's a nice angle and fairly dynamic. Facial expression is great.

The only thing I'd fix really is that the flash is a bit hot on the climbers left side and face. I think it could be balanced a bit better.

By framing just under his leg I feel like you take any feeling of height and dangling from the campus...
For a really dynamic training scene, this image is extremely static as well....
