Thank you for your comments. I redid the photo and removed hand blur and left a tad motion blur, and reposted it.

I think you still need to freeze her head or at least her eyes. Right now everything is shakey.

Yes, sometimes you get lucky in unexpected ways. By the way, I did clear this picture with Emilie before posting.

The motion blur issue brings up an interesting point. When trying to create it when you had none I guess you have to decide what parts of the body would really have been moving. I picked a virtual shutter speed of around 1/60 with flash and low ambient light. That determined the extent of the imaginary motion blur.

This time I decided that since she is close to the apex of the dyno, just her left hand and feet would be moving.

I think this does improve it!
