Hiked down Seeley Creek to Heart Rock waterfall area today. Saw a couple good spots to throw some anchors and drop a TR downstream 20 yds of the fall, then noticed upstream 20 yds, one rock had a 2 bolt anchor up top. Anyone know anything about this area?
