I will be interning at the Wasatch Cache National Forest this summer and I will be living in Kamas, UT. So I am wondering about two things: Where is the good climbing for a limestone sporty like me? I know there is a ton of climbing in that area of Utah and I know American Fork is about an hour from where I will be living, any other crags I should check out? I know Utah isn't exactly famous for its beer, but are there any good brew pubs within reasonable driving distance of Kamas? Second, anyone be interested in partnering up this summer? I will only be able to climb on weekends but I will definitely make it out as much as I can.

You'll be super close to some of the most scenic sport climbing I've been to up in the Uintas and summer is the best time to go. Maybe thirty minutes away from Kamas. There's a guide called Uinta Rock w/about 400 routes. Also there's Echo canyon, again it's about thirty minutes away, not very big and a bit like Maple(which is a another place you should check out and a few hours away).
