I am looking for any place that has some decent beginner climbs where i can hike up and and down to set a top rope system. particularly i am looking for things close to Wayne Co. PA. Can be in PA or NYC.

I'd say the area that best fits your description on here is Mocanaqua. Main wall, Paradise wall, and the Library all have stuff you can scramble on top of to toprope, though I'd bring plenty of webbing or static cord to get you over the edges safely. Consider rapping to the edge to set up your anchor on paradise wall and main wall, because the tops can be quite loose with coal! Can you or anyone in your party lead easy routes?
