Hello,
I was climbing at the Sespe wall on the tree route 03/30/08 when the SAR copter arrived on scene. Police blocked the highway between the Sespe wall and Potrero John wall. The copter landed at potrero John parking area and was on scene for over an hour. I'd like to find out what happened. I was on rappel when all of the emergency vehicles passed by on their way out. The ambulance left with the fire trucks so I can only assume the person was airlifted out. Anyone have any info on this? I contacted Ojai SAR, but have not received a reply yet.
