Is there a comparison chart available to figure out how each manufacturer's numbering system relate to each other with cams, nuts hexes etc...?????

Check out a back issue of Rock and Ice, I think from Dec 00, or perhaps early 01. They have a great comparison chart.

I'll try to dig it up on the web later sometime if I have a chance.

No problem. That came from a fantastic site at www.climbingboulder.com Tons of info on climbing in the boulder area and in Colorado in general. You could basically print an entire guidebook off their site!
