Little Cottonwood is the best place i know of. The whole canyon is littered with giant granite boulders. You spend a month there and not see all of them.

i have happened upon a few nice looking structures wandering around the downtown and avenues area, but feel that the potential must be huge. mainly a result of the primo granite that has been quarried from the canyons. however, the temple would be a big undertaking, possibly a grade V... HEHE! good luck and have fun.

S.L.C buildering is amazing, the temple is a must, the state capitol is a tricky climb mostly because of security but if u go around 10 or 11pm you should be fine, the U campus is also very well built for buildering, i have been planning a buildering conquest and am trying to hit every building on campus. the court house and city hall look promising but have very tight security so be careful.
