Seems rather lacking to not have a guidebook category in the gear guide section of the site.
While not technically gear, we have all seen terrible guidebooks that, in hindsight, we wouldn't have spent our hard earned money on. On the other hand, brilliant guidebooks ought to to be recognized and recommended to other users heading towards our local areas.
Yes, I've searched for discussions [even found a few with this exact suggestion] but a centralized location would attract more users to vote best and worst of their area.
