Hey Guys, I just finished "The Rock Warrior's Way" by Arno Ilgner, was a good read, all about mental training (which is my biggest problem on the wall)

I was wondering if anyone eles knows of any other good reads on the subject?

Most people who are mental don't need to worry about mental training. They just don't care, and do whatever without thinking about the possible consequences.

The RWW is the only book I know of. I think it is pretty good though.

The first several chapters of Training for Climbing by Eric Horst are devoted primarily to the mental aspect of climbing. Really good info.

Eric Hoerst's books (How to Climb 5.12, Training for Climbing) have a chapter or so about the mental aspect of climbing. Nothing too revolutionary, but worth a read.

There's also a forum on Arno's site (thought I don't know how active it is). Though he does come here and post on the RC.com RWW forum too.

You can also sign up for his newsletter on his site which will give a progression of exercises and a lot of food for thought.
