I'm flying up to SLC to stay with in-laws in Cottonwood Heights. I want to stay sane by climbing. I can't bring a lot of gear on plane with me. Is there much top-roping in either of the canyons? Or do I need to bring all my quickdraws and other gear?

why not bring your quickdraws? they take up so little room and they are the only extra gear you need to sport climb instead of top rope. there is very little "walk to the top" accessable top roping but OH SO MUCH sport climbing. just bring a set o draws and call it good mate, you be happy you did ALSO, HEY MODS AND SILLY OP, THIS IS CLEARLY NOT SUPPOSED TO BE IN ACCESS ISSUES AND CLOSURES====SOMEONE WANT TO MOVE THIS THREAD?
