I haven't heard anything but from my tech background I can make a few guesses. Pardon the technical jargon though...
Judging from the error their site provider either screwed up during a server migration, shut down their account or they are moving to a new provider and didn't get things setup on the new provider before they flipped the switch on the move.
Normally this stuff only takes a few hours to resolve if the hosting company knows their stuff. However they were moving to a new host and someone changed the nameservers before the host was setup on the new destination, that could explain the couple days of downtime.
Hopefully not, but there could also be a domain name dispute if their hosting company had purchased the domain name for them but then they wanted to switch to a new host -- those are very, very messy situations that rarely go well and often end up with a website being held for unreasonable ransom. Most likely though, it'll get worked out fairly soon.

Try http://forum.slackline.com/ gets you to the forums and you can get to anything else from there also. Kind of a weird problem haha.

Yo Larry sorry for the site failure. We had a memory leak with the MySQL server we were using. We finished updating and fixing the page last week, and all is good now. I'll be coming to Moab in a month, we should rig some more lines together.
