I'm headin up to the red in a week. It seems like most of the routes are overhanging with big moves and big holds. I was wondering if I'm getting the right idea.
It would be awesome if i am because I've been workin my upper body real hard and finger endurance but I've hardly worked on my crimp strength. So I'm really just asking if there are many crimpy routes.
