I was wondering why no one has posted route info about the balls or squaw dome?

We don't speak of this place. Not even how chossy it is. Wink
No advertising budget anyway. It was depleted on every other crag in the state.

Aye brother, I DO know them. I have caressed the sacred granite, from Boulder Garden Slab to Balloon Dome, from the Eagle Beaks to Queens Throne, from Chiquito to Fresno... on sping days when the snow lingers, to relentless summer days when 1 quart of water was WAY TOO LITTLE.

Was even at Mile High curve on New Year's Day in 98 (?) when the San Joaquin flooded Mammoth Pool so bad water was coming over the top of the structure.

Best not to talk about those places.

Cheers

The sooner California falls off into the ocean and disappears forever, the better off the rest of the world will be. If only there was a way they could leave the big ditch behind.

moving to the Oakhurst area, or not that close?
I'm no local, but get up to that region to climb more than anywhere else - and hook up with a small crew of true locals - all top notch fellas.
