You're really close to Chickies Rock, which is mostly top rope, but some trad, if I remember correctly. There's Birdsboro near Reading for some fun sport climbing. You're also only three hours from the gunks, two hours from Rocks State Park in MD, and about 6 hours from Seneca in WV.

I don't understand, you made a regional forum post inquiring where to climb in that very region. Was this good not enough? http://www.rockclimbing.com/...Southeastern_Region/ Maybe they didn't cover that in class yet, but be sure it is going to be on the exam.
