I'd go. seems like it doesn't rain until early afternoon, so just get out early, and at 30 percent you probably won't have rain anyways. make sure you bring powerful bug spray. went last weekend and got eaten alive, ended up leaving earlier than i wanted to because of it. some people we talked to had some all natural stuff and said it didn't help at all. another few people had some fairly high concentration deet and they were still reapplying it after practically every route.
