It looks like I'm moving from FL to WA in the near future. Can I get some recommendations on bouldering and sport climbing near Bellingham?

Larrabee Beach State Park (and Clayton beach, just south), are on Chuckanut Drive. Very pretty. Soft sandstone, best at low tide. Bouldering with a handful of trs. Buy some skis, boots, axe ad crampons, 'cuz you'll be right in the North Cascades. Tons of great alpine climbing in yr backyard.

Lots of rock in this state: http://www.washingtonclimbers.org/Climbing/ Newhalam and Mazama for sport on hwy 20 depending on weather (mazama is dryer). Gold Bar and Leavenworth (dryer) for granite bouldering on hwy 2. Index also has bad ass granite sport. Squamish is easily weekend-able.

Learn to place gear, and Washington state will seem a frustratingly wet paradise.
