are all the routes at Seneca trad or are there sport routes there also? live close but never climbed there want to check it out but don't have the trad gear

Hook up with someone who does! Lots of users from this site regular Seneca (even if it is appears to be a choss pile), check out the partner finder device. Watch out for the explorer's club of pittsburg, though, I heard that they are real duetchbags.

It's a trad area. There's a bolted line on the west face called, I believe Seneca Daze. It's one pitch, 5.7. There are also now a couple of bolted lines on the east side. I don't know if the person who bolted them expected climbers to carry a few pieces as well, or not. I did one of these routes, and it was somewhere around 5.7 as well, and i think i placed a piece or two between the bolts. I think there are also tougher bolted lines in the cave. Too steep for me, so maybe someone else can give you some info on them. But, if you can, take a rack to Seneca.

There are some sporty ,bolted routes on the Euro wall as well,10s and 11s.
