You'll find multi pitch climbs in Prescott, Cochise and Sedona. A few guidebooks cover the area. Of course, the database here should help. What grades are you calling moderate? Cochise has a 5.7 multi-pitch that's very popular, Ewephoria, on Sheepshead Dome. Sedona has great 5.9 multi pitch route, Sedona Scenic Cruise and more. Prescott will give you more granite on stiffer moderates.

If you go to Granite Mountain (near Prescott), it's stiff. Sedona seems like standard ratings to me, although the rock quality is not always that good. I liked Mars Attacks much more than I liked Sedona Scenic Cruise. Cochise is a good place to go in November and its ratings seem usually right on to me. Mostly slab and not a lot of traditional jamming. As sonso said, there is Ewephoria, but also What's My Line, Forest Lawn, Endgame, The Wasteland, Mystery of the Desert, Too Tough to Die, Moby Dick, etc. I think mountainproject should give you enough quality info in easily printable formats to forego buying any guidebooks. You can also do a search in an area by min and max ratings, etc.

Good recommendations aerli, but mtnproject has the routes displayed in alphabetical order, nice if you know where the routes are, otherwise, confusing. A great source for Cochise is Geir Hundal's topos on his website: http://www.geir.com/climbs.html Stick to Sheepshead for great multi pitch routes up to 1,000' long. Just make sure you are ready and start early. Sedona has a couple of guides you can google, and Prescott has guides available at Granite Mtn Outfitters in town. If you are not sure if you're ready to bust out on the big stone, I would suggest you hire a guide. If you want suggestions, pm me.

Except I was thinking he could use this feature of mountainproject in whatever area he's interested in and just input what range of grades he wants to climb and what kind of routes (trad, sport, etc.) and it will spit back out all the stuff available and he can view the individual routes for location info. I do also like Geir's topos.
