mapquest directions to the mcdonald's on west point highway in highland falls, ny. turn right on the road right before the mcdonald's. It's a steep windy road about a quarter mile in length. Park somewhere out of the way at the bottom and follow the train tracks so that the water is on your right. I would estimate about a half mile walk till u come up on the wall on your left. be safe.
