Is there a short hike to set up for TR for any of these routes? Or do you have to lead?

Hanging gardens left has a few good topropes.
continue on the trail, and then its some class 2/3 to the top of the crag. bring some webbing for an anchor if you aren't comfortable leaning over an edge.
also on the red wall, you can set up a toprope over anastasia and classic crack.
these are just the mose well known.
