Finally, a little bit of information about climbing in Panama. My name is Cesar Melendez. Since the last four years I have been developing sport routes for climbing in Panama with my very good friend Gary Henning from Canada. We have found really cool spots like Gunko in Boquete, Mana and Paradiso. All fully bolted featuring amazing basalt formations originated by last volcano eruption in the area. The climbing is very cool, levels from 5.7 up to 5.13. More than 30 routes and new coming routes next year including some water solos in Pacific!
