Finally, a little bit of information about climbing in Panama. My name is Cesar Melendez. I am panamenian and since the last four years I have been developing sport routes for climbing in Panama with my very good friend Gary Henning from Canada. We have found really cool spots like Gunko in Boquete, Mana and Paradiso. All this areas are totally bolted now featuring amazing basalt formations originated by last volcano eruption in the area. The climbing is very cool, levels from 5.7 up to 5.13. More than 30 routes and new coming routes next year.
