I wanted to rig a line I could jug and get above him for these shots but it just didn't end up happening so I did the best I could with my tele. And since these are the first climbing related photos I've shot lately and I just haven't contributed to this forum in a while I'll just post up a couple for fun. My buddy Thomas on Rubicon in JTree.

It's hard to lose with shots of Joshua Tree.

The only thing I'm a little mixed on is how bright the left-hand side is on the first image. If my eyes enter the image from the right then the bright background has kind of a cool effect in the corner of my eye. If my eyes enter from the left I can't seem to take my eyes away from the background at all.
