Hi, folks! Glad to be here, and hopefully to be of service.
Aside from having had 31 years of practice being a woman , I was a sysop for Symantec's technical support for a couple of years, finishing up as the local "firefighter", dealing with flamers, trolls, terms of service violators, and such.
This does not mean I haven't done insanely dumb stuff with my computer -- a couple of days ago I killed my keyboard trying to clean it after dropping a piece of toast jam-down in the letters..... My husband is currently trying to salvage it, and I'm posting from his computer for the time being.
Oh, and I climb, too. Badly, but I climb. I'm just getting into trad, but I'm going to have to wait for that thing called Winter to get over before I can practice some more. Unless someone wants to flow me some plane tickets to a place somewhere warm....
