are there any very sheltered crags for sport climbing in Red Rocks, other than Black Corridor, that are good on a windy day?

You could check out the Front Corridor. It is just like the Black Corridor, but harder routes.

It is a 2 minute hike from the Sandstone Quarry.

The Pier is quite sheltered as well. I wonder if the crags on the backside of Kraft Mountain would be ok? Cannabis, Sunny and Steep, etc?

They might. As for the Pier, we were there a couple of weeks ago. Even on a really warm day with little to no wind. It was coming through there. Sunny and Steep might be ok, although that valley could be a wind tunnel.
