I have done a considerable amount of searching on here and the best that i can tell there needs to be a specific thread about this.
I am going to be there for 3 weeks in Jan. Looking for pure crack climbs, i seem to gather most of the cracks tend to be "facey", but the more pure the better.
Im a huge fan of offwidths, but any solid crack climb is kickass. Multipitch is fine, i dont mind climbing through some shit to get to a good pitch or two.

even that ow/chimney BP in calico looks fun
yet another question is Epi going to be too cold? (early Jan)

nightcrawler, while excellent, isnt really a pure crack climb- and will be way too cold in jan.
epi will likely be way too cold. as will triassic and ixtlan- although they are significantly shorter and can prolly be dealt with on a warmish day.
here's a list for ya. doesnt really account for weather, just trying to think of good crack climbs. i've done most of these under the .11 mark, and want to do the rest...

thanks for the list, i referred to it quite often.
i ended up doing:
the fox
risk brothers
yin and yang/atman
out of control (a wild 5.10)
desert reality (wider than i was expecting)
this buds for you (awesome)

topless twins
chrysler crack
red zinger (excellent)
i would highly recommend out of control, to me it is hands down better than the fox. that roof is just wild!!! at 5.10. For the 5.10 leader it is a prized onsight and a perfect challenge!!!!
5.9 leaders would find challenge in topless twins, quite asethetic, also atman(10a) is just a wonderful crack to take beginner crack climbers too for a little humbling if they are used to the more facey trad routes in RR.
