I've scheduled a little downtime for the servers tonight around midnight Pacific time, so we can upgrade some software. Could go as long as fifteen minutes or so. This should help fix the problem. There are other things we need to do, too. Most notably, we need to make it so the video downloading is a bit more streamlined. It seems the major problem Saturday was a flood of video requests, which caused the hamster in the wheel to trip and get knocked unconscious. More on that later.
