Going to the Tetons for bouldering is like...going to Yosemite for the car camping. But there are some good problems, even a few old John Gill problems. Ask at the Jenny Lake ranger station. For sport, there is a day's worth of 5.11ish steep limestone at Blacktail Butte. There's a good crag over on the Idaho side, too...Hoback Junction? I don't remember for sure. Its been a while.

There's a surprising amount of sport climbing around Jackson Hole (Rock Springs Buttress, the Rodeo Wall, and Hoback Shield are your big three for cragging in general), but they are by no means destination areas. I honestly can't even speculate why you'd go to all the trouble to get to Jackson, but completely disregard the only reason to go to Jackson.
