Hi ppl, today our climbing instructor put me and a friend on a 5.12a in the gym instead of the usual 5.10's, one of the moves on the wall is a dyno for me since I'm too short to reach it, I pulled the dyno and missed, but my back hurt after falling from it, is there anything you could recommend to minimize this? D
