Phx Rock II has all the beta you need. This site can get you there and to the popular route there. It is south facing so it would be ok. Drive in may be muddy if it's wet, should be ok now.
I like it in the spring then you can swim at the base, in the jacuzzis.

Ps manny thanks for the beta. It turned out to some of the best (most fun) climbing, and camping right by the stream.... . what could be better! thanks

jaccuzie is nice. i recogmined don't bug me and alice's resutraunt. but on alice i would take a small set of cams about an inch to help protect some of the moves inbetween the bolts. the finger crack at the top is just sweet ( not bolted take stoppers and cam about an inch) . make sure you have enough rope you don't want to get stuck up there and have to leave gear. i would suggest 2 70meters, but thats me.
