WVU's Rec center has a rock wall and bouldering cave, both free to use for students.

There is a new indoor rock climbing wall at NEMACOLIN WOODLANDS RESORT 45 min from Morgantown. its got about 7 different routes, 5 bucks for a few climbs. There are plenty of routes outside around Morgantown, closest being Coopers Rock State Park.
