I just made this. Took about 10 minutes if you don't count glue drying time. My idea is to train the antagonist motion in my hand, it's not hurt that way. No idea on the efficacy on this, but it's something. I'm playing with different rubber band patterns now.

It's kinda like the metolius bally thing with the little finger loops that breaks after 5 reps. How well does it work?

i cant type while using it. It's the same principle as the metolious thingy but I bought a big ass bag of rubber band for $1.99. I can double them up, replace them when they break, shoot them at people, whatever. So far it works great. It's quite the burn in my upper forearm. Pretty new. It doesn't hurt my bad finger a bit. Since I tool the picture I relaced it in a grid pattern, I like that better physically but I wanted it to be a big rubber dream catcher.

That's my inspiration. I made this out of scrap wood and $2 in rubber bands. That thing is $50 I believe.

No shit. I'm still getting in mileage on the easier stuff though. Probably climbing more days a month injured than 90% of the people on this site.

Oh it's definitely worth making your own instead of getting the T-band one.. i was mostly saying your theory was legit and would probably work pretty well to get you back. silly putty is also a pretty good finger work out.. pinching crimping etc should be easily found at the dollar store or something cheap

Very Nice... Be careful though, don't overdo it. You wouldn't want to give yourself a case of tendinitis in the extensors.
