Can anyone recommend some bolted non-gear top-rope routes in JTree (preferably somewhat close to the west entrance)? Hopefully these routes have top access via scrambling or so... Anything in the 5.5 - 5.9 range is acceptable. Thanks a lot guys.

There aren't too many bolted anchors grouped near each other anywhere in the park especially in that range. But, don't worry, some one else has already put all the info into a mini-guide here: http://www.joshuatreeclimb.com/TopRopes/topropesv2.pdf Guide shows access to the top, and anchoring options. I recommend the climbs at the thin wall. I think there is a 5.8 and a 5.10 / 5.11 that are pre-bolted (just bring long extensions). Just be sure you know how to safely setup a top rope and have fun.
