Below is a message from my friend Dan Yagmin. He is an amazing climber and illustrator down here in CT. As a group, C3 has decided to create its own clothing store to create more revenue to cover costs towards: becoming a non-profit, to work on access issues to such climbing areas such as Bradley, East Peak and the Firewall; and to work on other significant issues (such as the use of fixed anchors and sticking Ken Nichols with more vandalism if provoked).

Definitely check it out. The illustrations on the clothes are awesome and they get you psyched!!! The costs are a bit pricey but the quality of the garments, bags, baby bibs, etc. are exceptional.

This is as grass roots as its gets, and everyone will ask why you wearing a shirt with a Vietcong holding a drill!

Here is the message from Dan.

"Hello everyone.
Recently I printed a small number of shirts such as the Defend Traprock, and the Vietkong. People have been asking if there was going to be more of the shirts printed.
So we started a cafe press shop where many of these logos can be found on t shirts, hoodies, bags, stickers, and more.
I am working on more designs and any suggestions or feedback would be great.
So have a look.

Dan is definitely a talented artist, and good climber to boot. Regarding access in CT, there are already two organizations - Ragged Mountain Foundation and AMC - that are 501C3s and have deep roots in CT. There is also the Access Fund. Seems like the most efficient, and best bang for the buck, is to work with those organizations. Form a committee for each access realted issue.
