Highly recommend Absinthe of mallet or Ewephoria on Sheeps Head down at the Stronghold. I did them both a couple of weeks ago and they were great!! You can find both routs on RC.com and get great topos at www.geir.com, Geir has amazing info on a number of multi pitch routes at all grades on his website.

sport multi pitch routes are not very big in AZ. Maybe up to 4 pitches in Isolation, some longer mixed routes in Sedona, a few bolted in Cochise (Peacemaker, Stampede on Sheepshead) and not much else. Sport that is.

Trad you have many options, best to decide where you want to go. Sedona has a couple, Cochise many, Mt Lemmon lots.

Probably the best option for moderate (5.6-5.10) multi-pitch sport climbing is Tall Wall at Mount Lemmon. Fun, well-bolted 2-3 pitch slab routes.
