Hey,

I will be out near Sedona from April 9th to the 18th with my family and was hoping to sneak off for one or two days to climb. Would like to do Mars Attack and maybe another spire. I'm looking for an experienced partner who could lead (I'm uneasy about leading sandstone) or even a guide. Anyone have the time and interest or can recommend a guide service in the area? Happy to provide same info/service for anyone coming to the NYC area. Also, if I want to set up top roping for my kids, is Oak Creek Canyon the way to go? Also, how far from Sedona is Jacks Canyon? Thanks in advance, Rich

There's a dude in same time frame looking for a partnr ; itchyfeet. Mike Knarzer can also help.

TRs in Oak Creek Canyon Overlook are ok if the kids are able to be left alone for a bit. How old? They can walk down a slope or they can rap a fixed line to the bottom.

Jack's is near 2 hrs from Sedona; the Pit in Flag is closer.
