I am going somewhere southern part of europe. have any advice please give. I also need partners. It will be the first week of August. I do sport or boulder.

Maybe not particularlay helpful:
look for something higher up and north facing.
Most parts of southern Europe are pretty hot in August, imo too hot for climbing.

im heading to croatia and then heading north to slovenia. leave first week of august to dubrovnik.
havent yet checked on the climbing and weather (might be too hot) but...looking forward to all of it. just let me know.

Some summer options in Europe:

Bouldering: Magic Wood, Zillertal, Ailefroide, Kjugekoll

Routes: Gorge du Tarn, Rodellar, Ceuse

For routes you also have frankenjura and les gorges du verdon. (muti pitch too in verdon).
And for the gorge du tarn inform yourself before going because there have been an accident and many routes are yet unbolted.

Have a look at www.climbincrete.com.
Crete (Greece) is a great place to climb, many routes up to 8b+ single or multi pitches.
