i havn't actually seen the photos but i can almost gaurentee you that it was paml beach. there are some great problems there and obviously good landings. its in the sydney bouldering guide and access is easy(if you have access to transport). Palm beach is the most northerly suburb on sydneys coastline. just keep driving north and you'll get there. takes like 40min from cbd in light traffic and the boulders are right on the beach a little north of the main shops etc. www.australianbouldering.com has location on link below http://www.australianbouldering.com/guides/sydney/palmbeach_guide.html if you don't have a car there are buses that run but i don't knoe the detail. try www.131500.com.au for timetable info. hope this helps there are heaps of better bouldeing areas in sydney but none beats this one for location. steve

i dunno what photos your talking about.. but theres some pretty decent bouldering at Bronte Beach on the south side of the harbour (near Bondi, Coogee and Maroubra)... thats were i went during my summer holiday to Sydney... also if you can cool off with some surfing or bodyboarding or skimboarding, etc...

also heres a website with a nice and simple map showing you exactly where it is: http://www.discoversydney.com.au/maps/bbexp.html ...btw: Bronte is slightly lower-than-the-middle on the right hand side.. if you're having trouble finding it on the map
