Hi to whoever is listening out there... I am heading over to Milwaukee for an internship at Marquette this summer and was wondering if anyone could let me in on whether there were any good climbing spots within a reasonable drive from there. I also would like to be able to meet up with anyone interested in going out to climb with me. I am pretty out of shape, but could manage 5.8-5.9. I am going to try to bring a rope from my school's outing club. Let me know if you are around between June and August or if there are any places I should check out.

hi -
im a pretty new climber but ive been living in utah for the past three years and i have had the chance to do some great climbing with great climbers.

i just started leading . i can follow a 5.9 clean. i can belay and rapell. i dont have a rope or any gear....haha.

but if you're just looking for a fun person to get outside and do a bit of climbing with i would be down.

You should probably post this in the forum that encompasses Utah, and not the one for Wisconsin.

Hi Amy

I live in SE Wisconsin about 45 minutes south of Milwaukee. I am around all year long and am interested in finding some fellow climbers. I do not know of many spots except a few in Kenosha but I will be looking for new ones as much as I can. I am an amateur climber, did my first outdoor climbing 2 weeks ago in Colorado. If you are interested in an outing anytime just let me know!

I just moved to Madison a few days ago and would love to find some people to get out climbing with.

I have gear for sport climbing and bouldering. As with most things, clmibing is generally more fun with others.

Would love for someone to show me around the area, although if you're new as well and would love to come out and explore, that'd be great as well.

Gimme a shout and we'll go find some rocks.
