I always got mine from the Ukraine and areas close(if Ukraine is impropper term pardon me). I would hold a conversation until they expressed an interest in comming over here. I would then tell them I had work to do in their location and they would ignore that I was going to be there as if they never got the letter and then proceed to ask for money to come over here. I would then tell them I would be there that weekend and where to meet and still the same ignoring the letter and still ask for money. I would get possibly 10 a day and I would sort through the best ones before trolling.
