Evidently the body that has been found by the Chinese S&R is that of alpinist/climber/mountaineer Jonny Copp. My prayers go out to his family and friends, and the family and friends of Micah Dash and Wade Johnson who are still missing.

Thats very very sad news..... best of wishes go out to all the families and friends involved. I prayer the other two climbers (Micah and Wade)for safe returns.

Another sad loss. Johnny taught a clinic at Ouray the first year I went, and actually gave me a belay (along with lots of encouragement) as I flailed up my second-ever ice climb.

He was a class act to be sure, and he will be missed.
