How crazy is tuolumne on the 4th?
I was thinking about heading up wednesday night, to get a camping spot on thursday. What do you think my odds are of getting a spot for the weekend?

I was just there last week into the weekend and there were many spots open (even on the weekend itself), but as for the holiday, I don't know. Perhaps you can call the reservations people to see how the crowds are coming along so far this week.
Also, bring your Deet cause the mosquitoes are huge and endless in number.
