During Climb Nova Scotia's 8th annual weekend Boulderfest, participants take in the scenery during the short boat trip from the mainland to beautiful Dover Island, 1km offshore on the Atlantic Ocean. Over one hundred classic boulder problems, good times, and a bit of friendly competition are just the start of what Boulderfest has to offer. Due to limited camping space, a maximum of 75 tickets will be sold for the weekend, with many more participants welcome to join us for the day on Saturday. A $40 weekend ticket ($50 for non-CNS-members) to Boulderfest covers boat transportation to and from the island, fresh, local and organic meals and coffee on Saturday evening and Sunday, welcome packages containing an event t-shirt, an island guidebook, and other useful items, and use of CNS crash pads and helmets as required. Leave No Trace standards will be adhered to, with all trash and recyclables shipped back to the mainland for appropriate disposal. CNS will also have temporary washroom facilities on Dover Island for the event and a paramedic on site all weekend. Please NO DOGS & NO GLASS on the island. Boulderfest is on the August 1-2nd long weekend this year, with the holiday Monday as our rain-date. Tickets are going like hotcakes! Post up your questions here and I will try to answer them. Cheers mick Climb Nova Scotia President http://www.climbnovascotia.ca

If you pay me fifty bucks I'll go to the wedding dressed as you and be yore fill in, so you can go to the boulderfest. Alternatively, you could buy me a ticket to the boulderfest, and I'll go to that dressed as you, and tell you all about it, and pretend you went.
