Table headers for the My Topics, Watched Topics, and Recent Posts tables are not visible because the background color and the foreground color of the header rows are the same.

Jay, I don't think I'm seeing this (no pun intended!). I've checked on multiple browsers.
Try clicking the different color scheme squares in the main navigation bar. Perhaps that flushes an older style sheet and clears it up for you. If not, consider sending a screen shot so we can get to the bottom of it.
