I was playing with my D90 and SB-800 in remote mode when I noticed a problem.

When I try to shoot with my pop-up flash, also the flash commander, I have to hold the shutter button down for almost 4 seconds.

Anyone had this problem? Solution?

Working on some fill-flash climbing images in Indonesia.

What glass are you using? How is the lighting, is it low light? I'm not too familiar with CLS yet but it sounds like your camera may be focus hunting due to low light.
