I have seen some of the high speed test clips from the Casio cameras and they are quite good with enough light. There were some test clips of a guy cutting his lawn with a remote controlled helicopter while it was upside down.

I just got a Casio Exilim EX-Z600 (it's the cute little point and shoot that they make) about a month ago and it crapped out last week. Never dropped or abused and it just refuses to turn on now. Ive had it checked out and the battery and charger are working fine, but it just died after around 100 pics. Unsure

I know it's not really similar to the one you are interested in but I just thought I'd mention it.

I got it working again!! It was the SD card that went bad. I can't believe I didn't think to swap it out when I was checking the battery and charger. A bad SD card (that had worked to begin with) was enough to keep it from even turning on.

I think that is 60 frames per second. I read a bit about it here http://www.kenrockwell.com/casio/ex-f1.htm

I have two exilim cameras (different models) and they are awesome. I don't seem to use my casios too much anymore since acquiring a nikon D40.
