Hey DDT,
I've been seeing this for some time now. I've selected to recieve notifications when someone replies to my posts, but the past several months that feature has worked on and off. Sometimes I get the messages in a timely fashion, but sometimes I won't get messages for weeks, and then I'll get about 70 in one day.
This also affects PM notifications, too and I assume they also affect photos.
Thoughts?

I understand. Is anyone else seeing this?
I'm just trying to figure out if this is something site-wide or specific to your setup.

Heh. I'm sure it's just me. After all, I think I was the only one seeing blurry photos, too. 
Let me know what you find via PM (I can see the red notification). I only checked here today because I remembered to follow up.

I just got 73 notifications on Sunday. The earliest one was from about four weeks ago.

I actually meant to pop into this thread earlier. I am having the same issue as Greg. No email notification of post reply's, and them bam 10 of them.

Mine have been delayed by about a day or two for the past few months (ex/ posts in the monday coffee thread posted Monday afternoon and I get e-mailed about them today, Wednesday, however in my yahoo mail they're dated for yesterday wtf?). I can't really comment on anything between this summer, as I hadn't been posting much at all in the spring, but I remember my posts last fall would be notified pretty timely, (an hour or so), but lately, as of mayish, they've been delayed.

I seem to be getting them more frequently now, but I can't tell if that's a temporary thing. As I noted, things will be OK for a while, and then I'll get nothing for weeks. This could be one of those periods where things are OK for a while (even though it is still delayed by a couple of days and / or hours).
